Aeon Requests
Researchers may request archival and print materials from Special Collections & Archives using Aeon.
How to Request Archival Materials: First-Time Users
Once you have identified the materials you’d like to request, select the “Aeon Request” icon in the upper right corner of the webpage.
How to Request Print Materials: First-Time Users
Once you have identified the print item you’d like to request, click the “Request Item” link in the print catalog record, to the right of the “Status” column.

Select Your Role and Complete Registration Process
- On the Special Collection Research Account page, select the “Login/Register” button option that applies to you, “Princeton Theological Seminary Users” or “Visiting Researchers.”
- After clicking the button, click the “First Time Users click here!” link, read and accept the Rules and Regulations by checking the checkbox, and then click the “First Time Users Click Here” button at the bottom of the page.
- Fill in the form, making sure to complete all the required fields.
- Click the “Submit Information” button at the bottom of the form.
You will receive an email confirmation that your registration form has been submitted.
You may now use your Aeon username and log in to request materials from Special Collections & Archives.
