Music for Organ and Narration May 12 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm Gambrell Room, Scheide Hall Princeton, United States Join us for a dramatic and inspiring evening of organ music performed with four hands. The concert will begin in the Gambrell Room of Scheide Hall before moving to the Seminary Chapel. Narrator, Ingrid Ladendorf, will join organists Noel Werner and Mina Choi in presenting Sergei Prokofiev’s symphonic story, “Peter and the Wolf.” In addition, Margaretha Christina de Jong’s beautiful “Circle of Life” (Variationen für Orgel zu vier Händen) will be performed with original poetry composed and read by George Pasley. Dr. Kenda Creasy Dean joins us for a candid conversation about faithful experimentation in a fragile world. Drawing on Dean’s work in social innovation and ministry and Stucky’s leadership in ecological formation, they will explore how Christian communities discern when to act boldly, how to cultivate courage without recklessness, and how risk can become a site of spiritual growth. The dialogue will invite participants to consider how uncertainty itself may be fertile soil for hope.
