Rev. Dr. Nate Phillips is a pastor, author, and builder of ideas who helps people and institutions see new possibilities and pursue meaningful change. Raised in a small-church cooperative parish in rural Maine, Nate developed a “can-do” ethos that continues to shape his leadership. He has brought that mindset to a range of ministry settings – from historic, well-resourced congregations to new worshiping communities and grassroots, entrepreneurial ventures. He currently serves as Senior Pastor of Red Clay Creek Presbyterian Church and is the author of Do Something Else: The Road Ahead for the Mainline Church.

Through Damascus Road, Nate walks alongside leaders as they clarify their calling, trust their formation, and take faithful next steps in their vocational journey.
