Randy Mason is a Bronx-based rapper, cajon player, and teaching artist who serves as program director at Thrive Collective. He is the founder of R.H.Y.M.E. (Rhymes Help Young Minds Excel) a program dedicated to empowering youth through Hip Hop, creativity, and character-building. A pastor and apprentice of Jesus, Randy is a devoted family man, husband, and father whose work blends faith, artistry, and community.
