Klaas Walhout is a PhD student in Pastoral Theology. He holds a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary (2019) and a Bachelor of Arts from Calvin University (2016). Prior to returning to Princeton Seminary, Klaas worked as a healthcare chaplain in Philadelphia, PA and Grand Rapids, MI. His research interests include medical decision-making, the impact of diagnosis on self-conception, and the theology of death in a medicalized world.
