Jada S. Ford | Health Care & Community Development

Jada is a certified nurse aide committed to improving health outcomes for residents in Indianapolis, Indiana. She works with the Congregational Care Network, where she provides compassionate, community-centered care focused on supporting individuals and families. Jada also serves as the assistant director of the Jubilee Summer Program / The Learning Tree Roving Youth Corps, where she plays a key role in community engagement, relationship building, and youth outreach. In this position, she works closely with neighbors and youth to foster trust, connection, and leadership development.

Jada is a founder of Sisterhood, an initiative dedicated to building lasting, healthy relationships between mothers and daughters through mindful practices and intentional connections. She also works as a youth advocate, supporting families by connecting them to vital resources and helping them identify goals to successfully navigate system expectations.
