Ed is a Theology PhD student in Yale’s Religious Studies Department. His research focuses on whether theological reflection can transform the fundamental conditions of possibility for thinking racializing difference. He is currently working on a dissertation entitled ‘Shadows of Grace,’ exploring this question in the context of 19th century Protestant writings on grace and Christian formation.
