Chandler Carrington-Cotton | Education

Chandler is a 23-year-old Tulsa, Oklahoma native, and the youngest of three children. He serves as an educational administrator at the charter school that once shaped him, which is a full-circle moment that defines both his work and his purpose. Chandler earned a degree in biology from Tennessee State University, where years of student leadership prepared him for professional moments that require steadiness, discernment, and courage. As a young administrator of a charter school, he is learning in real time the honor of being entrusted with something as sacred as children and their futures.

Chandler leads with honesty, consistency, and care. His commitment to pour back into the same community that poured into him is one of intention, resilience, and personal significance. He is guided by a belief in what is possible when someone chooses to come back home and build.
