Brown Hall, built in 1864, recently renovated in 2023 and conveniently located on the main campus. There are 53 single rooms with private bathrooms. All exterior doors are on card access and locked 24/7. Rooms use card access for entry. Housing costs include breakfast and lunch meals in the dining hall weekdays during the Fall and Spring terms. Hodge Hall, built in 1893, is conveniently located on the main campus. The building has as 57 rooms, consisting of 27 two-room suites (3 of which have private bathrooms), and 30 single rooms.

The Charlotte Rachel Wilson (CRW) apartments were completed in 2012, located approximately three miles from the main campus. There are 200 units within three buildings are available to seminary single and married students.
We are proud to announce that the CRW units have received LEED certification for meeting standards in sustainable building construction.

Witherspoon apartments, built in 1998, this building is located approximately three miles from the main campus, at the CRW Campus. It contains thirty one-bedroom and ten two-bedroom air-conditioned units for single students only.
