From productivity to purpose. From leadership to legacy.

The New Testament book of Acts tells the story of the road to Damascus, where a radical reorientation occurs.

On the road to Damascus, a devout Jew named Saul encountered a divine call that reoriented his mission and shifted his sense of purpose. This program invites seasoned leaders like you to consider what such a reorientation might mean in the context of your own vocational journey as you reimagine God’s call in this new season of your life.

You’ve led. You’ve served. You’ve succeeded. But now what?

Damascus Road is designed for senior leaders seeking a Christian faith-based approach to their next season. The five-month hybrid program is a partnership between Princeton Theological Seminary and MyNextSeason, an organization whose mission is to support corporate leaders navigating career transitions.

From two in-person retreats in Princeton to weekly formation with renowned scholars and seasoned facilitators, Damascus Road guides participants in discerning what’s next with clarity, courage, and conviction.
