All lectures will be held in the Wright Library, Theron Room and will stream live online.

     7 pm: Trends and Themes in Ecumenism and Mission Today
    Followed by a reception in the Wright Library foyer

    5 pm:     The Kingdom of God and the Transformation of the World
    7 pm: COVID-19 and its Impact on Mission and Theology

Rev. Prof. Dr. Jerry Pillay is the General Secretary of the World Council of Churches and former Dean of the Faculty of Theology and Religion at the University of Pretoria. A South African theologian and leader in the Uniting Presbyterian Church in Southern Africa, he has served in global ecumenical leadership roles including as President of the World Communion of Reformed Churches (2010–2017). He is deeply committed to church unity, justice, and reconciliation.
