Climate Survey Update

In 2025, the Seminary partnered with Viewfinder Campus Climate Survey, Inc. to conduct a campus-wide Employee Climate Survey. Thank you to everyone who participated. Your feedback is a gift.

The Princeton Seminary Community had a 60% response rate, which far exceeds the College and University Professional Association of HR (CUPA) Average response rate of 10-25%.
