Hodge Hall, built in 1893, conveniently located on the main campus, has 57 single rooms, 27 one room suites (3 of which have private bathrooms), and 30 single rooms. A suite room is two separate rooms with a doorway connecting both rooms.
Built in 1865, Brown Hall was recently renovated and reopened in 2021. The newly refurbished space boasts 53 single rooms with private bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, carpeted, come fully furnished with a twin-size XL bed, desk, chair, nightstand, chest of drawers, bookcase, and micro fridge. Laundry facilities and bike storage are located in the basement. A kitchen is located off the first-floor common lounge, and each floor has a lounge with sofas, tables, a full-size refrigerator, and a TV.
Completed in 2012, the Charlotte Rachel Wilson Campus (CRW) includes 200 apartments, with 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units. Apartment amenities include: tile plank flooring, air conditioning/heating, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a storage closet located outside the front door of the breezeway. The CRW Campus includes lounges in each building, fitness areas, a community garden, playground, pavilion, outdoor grilling areas, and bike storage.
The Witherspoon Apartments are located at the Charlotte Rachel Wilson Campus (CRW), approximately three miles from the main campus. There are 30 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom apartments, with key access from a central interior hall. All units are air-conditioned. The apartments are unfurnished, but are fully carpeted and have an electric stove, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Communal laundry facilities, a bike room, and a lounge with sofas, tables, chairs, and a TV are located on the first floor.
