2025 Distinguished Alumnus
Richard A. Grounds, Ph.D. has worked with Yuchi Elders to create new young speakers over the last 25 years. After completing his Ph.D. in the History of Religions at Princeton Theological Seminary, he taught at St. Olaf College and in the Anthropology Department at the University of Tulsa.

Rev. Dr. Erin Raffety is a Practical Theologian who uses ethnographic methods to study Christian congregations and communities.

Dr. Teddy Rashaan Reeves is a multifaceted, award-winning producer and curator that uses his many strengths to capture and curate cultural moments. As a curator of religion at the Smithsonian National Museum of African-American history and culture, Teddy has created innovative projects that have highlighted the influence of digital technologies in capturing and preserving Black spiritual and religious life in the americas.
