Professor and Alum Receive Choice Outstanding Academic Title Award

The Wiley Blackwell Companion to Karl Barth has received a Choice Outstanding Academic Title of 2021 award. Edited by George Hunsinger, Princeton Seminary’s Hazel Thompson McCord Professor of Systematic Theology, and Keith Johnson, PhD ’08, professor of theology at Wheaton College, the Wiley Blackwell Companion to Karl Barth is a comprehensive scholarly survey of Karl Barth’s theology. The two-volume series includes 66 chapters written by leading Barth experts. Per the publisher: “Volume One explores Barth’s dogmatic theology in relation to traditional Christian theology, provides historical timelines of Barth’s life and works, and discusses his significance and influence. Volume Two examines Barth’s relationship to various figures, movements, traditions, religions, and events, while placing his thought in its theological, ecumenical, and historical context.”
