The Joe R. Engle Institute of Preaching was created to nurture and strengthen the craft of preaching. Each year Engle fellows and Princeton Seminary faculty participate in workshops, seminars, tutorials and conversations designed to support Seminary graduates who have been preaching for two to ten years.
This year an additional event called Reimagining Preaching for a new Era was held on campus for Spanish-speaking preachers. The Spanish Engle, through the same types of interactive workshops and conversation, examines the realities of the Latinx congregational and community life experience.
