The Seminary offers its facilities to a limited number of mature scholars who wish to engage in research, usually as part of a sabbatical leave from another institution. Such persons may apply for status as a visiting scholar, which will grant them one or more privileges in regard to the use of the Seminary’s resources. Use of the library, attendance at classes, and low-rental furnished apartments are included among these privileges. Applicants for visiting scholar privileges should correspond with the president. The deadline for applications is November 15 for the following academic year, and applicants are notified by January 31, regarding the status of their application.
