Emily J. Anderson is into her 14th year as Pastor/Head of Staff at New Providence Presbyterian Church in Maryville, Tennessee, in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Emily is a long-term veteran of youth ministry and served on the initial design team for the Princeton Institute for Youth Ministry. She now resurfaces occasionally at Forums to learn from the experts in the field. In her spare time, Emily is a hiker and enthusiastic-but-terrible golfer, and is the human belonging to two opinionated Welsh Terriers named Tanner and Gracie.


Patricio Wilson (Pat) is the Senior Pastor of Christ Family Church, a 13-year-old church plant located in Cary, North Carolina. Pat is an ordained minister in the American Baptist Churches, USA and has served in youth ministry for 12 of his 25 years in ministry. Pat has a practical style of ministry that allows people of all ages to understand the word of God and apply it to their lives. A graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary (MDiv.) and earned the Certificate in Youth and Theology. He has also served on the IYM Advisory Council, helping to chart its course in its early years. Pat is married to his college sweetheart Mia, and together they have four beautiful children. Maya, James, Christa, and Joi.



Dharius Daniels is Senior Pastor and founder of Kingdom Church in Ewing, New Jersey, a vibrant ministry impacting people of all ages, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. Kingdom Church was founded in August 2005 and has grown into a vibrant congregation of several thousand members. Dharius also founded the Kingdom Community Development Corporation, which addresses literacy, poverty and health issues. Dharius holds degrees from Millsaps College and Princeton Theological Seminary. He is married to Shameka Daniels and they are the proud parents of two sons Dharius Seth and Gabriel Micah Daniels. He has dedicated his life to the work of ministry, which for him is inseparable from community involvement and development.
