This course will equip church leaders with the understanding of the significance of strategic planning in congregations. Strategic planning is an intentional process by which congregational leaders identify future priorities for their congregation based on its mission and take the steps necessary to implement those priorities into the life of the congregation. This course will guide leaders to necessary conversations with members to lead to faithful mission and ministry within their context.
