Program Registration and Cancellation Policy
Other than the exceptions stated below or otherwise authorized by the Director of the School of Christian Vocation and Mission, all registrations for continuing educations courses and events can only be confirmed upon full payment of program and associated fees. The School of Christian Vocation and Mission will provide receipts and confirmations, and does not issue letters of invitation - international participants are welcome but are responsible for handling their own visa arrangements. Subsequent cancellations and withdrawals are subject to the following cancellation policy:
One-Day Events: If you cancel your registration up to two weeks before an event start date, your fees will be refunded, minus a $10 processing fee.
For cancellation after the two-week cut-off date:
Three business days or more notice—refund is 50% of fees paid
Fewer than three business days notice—no refund
Multiday Events: If you cancel your registration up to two weeks before an event start date, your fees will be refunded, minus a $10 processing fee.
For cancellation after the two-week cut-off date:
Seven business days or more notice—refund is 50% of fees paid
Fewer than seven business days notice—no refund
CPE and Field Education Supervisors
CPE and Field Education supervisors receive a 15% discount on continuing education program fees for on-campus events. Meals and lodging are not discounted.
PTS students, faculty, administrators, staff, and visiting scholars and their spouses are welcome to audit most on-campus continuing education programs without program charge on a space-available basis. However, meals, lodging, and any special material fees are not waived or discounted.
The above-mentioned members of the PTS community may guarantee a position in a program by paying the listed program fee. This is also the method to earn Continuing Education Units.
Occasionally, there may be events and programs that are not open to complimentary participants due to limited enrollment or certain qualification requirements.

The information collected on Princeton Theological Seminary’s web presence is used for internal purposes which include improving the content and usability of Princeton Theological Seminary’s web presence, registering people for events or courses and fulfilling product orders or information requests. It will not be shared with other organizations. However, Princeton Theological Seminary may use the information to contact visitors for marketing and fundraising purposes. Princeton Theological Seminary does not sell, rent or distribute any personal information obtained from our visitors to groups not affiliated with Princeton Theological Seminary, unless required by law. According to federal and state law, Princeton Theological Seminary may provide personal information to outside parties if a criminal act is under investigation by authorities.
For those registering for academic conferences, lectures, or other programs sponsored by Princeton Theological Seminary, you recognize it is possible that your picture may be taken, and your likeness may be used for marketing purposes. Furthermore, feedback received or provided as part of assessment may also be used for such purposes. Your contact information will also be shared with leaders of such activities, so they may better tailor the activity to the demographics of the participants.
While Princeton Theological Seminary strives to protect its users' personal information and privacy, it cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk. Princeton Theological Seminary’s policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond our control, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation.
Online Registration (Certain Software and PayPal)
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between You and us through the Site cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party.
In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions are handled by established third-party banking, processing agents, and distribution institutions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card donation. Information relating to your financial transactions will not be maintained on PTS servers.
