Ph.D. applicants are expected to apply online. To access the online application, please click on “Apply Online” on the Admissions home page.
(Note: Paper forms are available only to those who do not have the computer technology available to them to submit the application electronically. If you are in this category, please contact the Admissions Office by email explaining why you are unable to apply electronically and requesting paper forms.)
The DEADLINE for receipt of all application materials for those seeking admissions for fall 2013 is December 15, 2012. The application fee is $70. There are no waivers of the application fee.
Every applicant must take the Graduate Record Examination General Test (GRE) or, if English is not your native language, the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
